But while his previous movies have shocked with graphic, at times almost unwatchable, violence (few have sat through the brutal anal rape scene in Noe's Irreversible and emerged unscathed), in Love, Noe's latest, its sex, lots and lots and lots of sex, that is causing the scandal. The 3D drama, looks at the erotic relationship between an American ex-pat (Karl Glusman), his current partner Omi (Klara Kristin). And his ex-girlfriend Electra (Aomi Muyock). The many explicit scenes are given extra oomph by Noe's use of 3D, including a straight-to-camera close up of an ejaculating penis. I really like the scene between Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland in Don't Look Now. While watching Paul Verhoeven's Showgirls, I thought Elizabeth Berkley was the sexiest woman in the world. I was obsessed with Sylvia Kristel in Emmanuelle. There are many movies that contain what people call explicit genuine sex scenes and ones that show simulated sex. What's important isn't whether its real sex or simulated but what emotion it transports. And I don't think there are so many movies that transport sex as a real passion.

In 2003, the Juggalo Gathering was held outdoors for the first time. Psychopathic Record employees Rob Bruce and Alex Abbiss negotiated with police, and the festival continued after airing out for 30 minutes. The police released tear gas and pepper balls into the surrounding crowd, causing mass confusion. The second seminar, detailing Insane Clown Posse's entire rise to fame, was captured on video and released with The Wraith: Shangri-La on DVD.Ī riot occurred after police tried to stop female attendees from showing their breasts. The Sixth Joker's Card was unveiled in two separate seminars, The Wraith: Shangri-La and Hell's Pit, given by Violent J. Bubba Sparxxx was booed offstage and has since left a mark on future Gatherings, as acts sharing similar fates have been said to receive the "Bubba Sparxxx award." Esham announced at the event that he had signed with Psychopathic Records. Esham, Ghoultown, Mack 10, Primer 55, and Bubba Sparxxx were among the guest performers. The third annual Gathering of the Juggalos was held in the Civic Center in Peoria, Illinois July 19–21, 2002, with over 8,000 in attendance. The next day, local newspapers reported the rush as a "riot". The festival ended early before the duo could reveal their Sixth Joker's Card. However, this time the group was forced to flee the stage before it collapsed. Like the previous year, hundreds of fans charged the main stage during Insane Clown Posse's performance. Juggalo Championship wrestling hosted several matches, with the main event pitting Sabu against Vampiro for the JCW Heavyweight Championship. Outside artists included The Suicide Machines, Marz, Three 6 Mafia, Vanilla Ice, and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. The second Gathering of the Juggalos was held in Toledo, Ohio at the Seagate Center on July 13–15, 2001, with approximately 6,600 in attendance. Vanilla Ice has performed at most of the Gathering of the Juggalos events After performing for almost 30 more minutes, the concert was abruptly stopped by the venue's management. While performing on the final night, Insane Clown Posse asked the Juggalos to join them onstage, and about 300 fans rushed onto the stage. The festival featured concert performances and wrestling hosted by Juggalo Championship Wrestling. The first Gathering took place in Novi, Michigan at the Novi Expo Center on July 21–22, 2000, with over 7,000 fans in attendance. The Gathering of the Juggalos was created in 1999 when Rob Bruce organized an event for all Juggalos, a concept long talked about by Insane Clown Posse. Over its first eleven events (2000–2010), the festival drew a total attendance upward of 100,000 fans. Described by Joseph Bruce as a "Juggalo Woodstock" ( Juggalo being a nickname for fans of the Insane Clown Posse), the Gathering of the Juggalos spans five days and includes concerts, wrestling, games, contests, autograph sessions, karaoke, and seminars with artists. It was founded by Jumpsteady, Insane Clown Posse ( Joseph Bruce and Joseph Utsler), and their label in 2000. The Gathering of the Juggalos ( The Gathering or GOTJ) is an annual festival put on by Psychopathic Records, featuring performances by the entire label roster as well as numerous well-known musical groups and underground artists. The last 10 minutes of this film are some of the most exciting, terrify shots ever put on film. It’s Tobe Hooper’s great directing that pelts the viewer with suspense. There’s really a lot less gore in this movie than most people think. That’s just how strong this movie actually is. Strangely, some even walked out of the theaters on the previews for this thing. Many people refuse to watch this movie in the first place because of what they’ve heard and because of the title. His perfect killer image was later destroyed by other actors in later sequels. Gunnar Hansen did a great job of playing Leatherface, sculpting a faceless killer who slew not for fun but for survival. Every one of them are one fry short of a happy meal and I am sure they like it that way. It’s safe to say he’s not the only insane one in this bunch. This is what sets him apart from other slashers such as Michael Myers and Jason Vorhees for they hid behind masks. One such character, Leatherface, stands out for the fact that he was born without a face, thus using human skin to gain an identity. Each family member is their own character with their own feelings and their own personalities. Hunger is our most probable urge as human beings, and this family takes this idea to the extreme. Caught up in this whole mess is a group of young people, unaware of what lurks down an old back road of Texas. Tobe Hooper’s vision paints a drab and disturbing picture of a family of cannibals who hunt their victims using any means necessary for survival. The events of that day were to lead to the discovery of one of the most bizarre crimes in the annals of American history, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.”…This movie set the stage for the onslaught of classic modern horror of the late 70’s and early 80’s. For them an idyllic summer afternoon drive became a nightmare. But, had they lived very, very long lives, they could not have expected nor would they have wished to see as much of the mad and macabre as they were to see that day. It is all the more tragic in that they were young. “The film which you are about to see is an account of the tragedy which befell a group of five youths, in particular Sally Hardesty and her invalid brother, Franklin. Pinch yourself and you may find out that it is.” …more detail Country unique artwork this original UK Quad movie poster looks stunning and is presented in excellent unrestored, originally folded (as issued) condition…One of the horror genre most memorable images and a very rare collectable example of cinema memorabilia from perhaps the most influential cult horror film of the modern era…”There are moments when we cannot believe that what is happening is really true. The example offered here is from a LOCAL screening. The extremely limited release resulted in two versions of poster being produced (both incredibly rare) an X certificate for LONDON cinemas and an X certificate for LOCAL. Arguments raged as most councils and cinemas across the country banned it’s release (The full fascinating story of the censorship battle is well worth checking out on the official BBFC website.) with only a handful of cinemas eventually bowing to public demand and showing the Film. “WHO WILL SURVIVE AND WHAT WILL BE LEFT OF THEM ?”…Described by The News of the World as the ‘sickest carnival of slaughter ever seen’…”The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” has become one of the most debated films of all time bringing (at the time) nauseating, forceful horror to the screen with a focussed realism that was new to mainstream cinema. In rF, you have to be the analyst, the tech, and the driver, and the crew chief.Īnd over an hour long league endurance race, I am not capable of noting how much fuel/tyres Ive used up each lap to determine when I'll need to pit and how much fuel to put in, each liter costs precious seconds.I'm trying to recreate Google Location History but with me managing the data myself for obvious privacy reasons. In real life, you have analysts watching this kind of data who tell the mechanic what the car needs, not every driver has an ass like Niki Lauda (not funny if you didnt watch the movie). Traction Meter - I use this to adjust to the optimum brake balanceĪlso, I prefer the tyre temp/life/damage display to any UI available, custom or otherwise. And Im not about to spend any kind of money to compensate what should be a part of the package. I also use an Android pad for DashMeterPro for the things RacePad lacks, I don't need any on-screen apps./QUOTE]įor me, its as youve mentioned, I have no tablet. out of curiousity, what "necessary" stuff does Trackmap offer that RacePad doesn't? In long run an external device seems like the better solution, other than the cost of the device ($60-$80 for used gen 1 iPad). I understand many depended on Trackmap but I never used as I didn't like messing up my cockpit view. S397 have done a great job so far since their takeover, I really hope that they continue on the right path. Although if they dont, and someone is capable of creating a real-time telemtry plugin(tyres, brakes and fuel) for the dx11 platform, I truly hope that they are able to share it. The thoughts that they might integrate with their new UI is most promising. So if anything were to happen in this respect, it's pretty much all on S397. I read on a different thread of this forum, that someone asked Fazerbox personally about an update, and he said that he handed over the source files to ISI/S397 a long time ago. Without TrackMap, I would have no chance. I race in an endurance league, and the strategy changes every lap. I could care less about the map itself, its all about the real-time telemetry. I know its all been said before, but another voice couldnt hurt the cause I will not even consider upgrading to dx11 until there is something that at least mimics this. and for whatever reason, I get terrible FPS in the garage unless I fullscreen the "monitor". Like previously stated here, replays are a slideshow. But the gfx upgrade - as stated before on this thread - does not justify the loss of this great plugin. And Fazer, if you ever read this, thank you immensely.ĭX11 is cool, no real difference in FPS for me settings max with gtx960 4gb. I have to throw my 2 cents in here and say that I agree that TrackMap is the most important plugin to ever exist(my opinion), and it remains to this date the only plugin Ive ever even downloaded. |
